Main responsibility is the development and enhancement of the client relationships for product and consulting services including the onboarding, ongoing support, communication and satisfaction.
Specific Duties include:
- Develop rapport with clients.
- Respond to client inquiries with resolution within 24 hours.
- Participate in the education and training of the clients for products and services
- Working with clients to gather necessary data for onboarding of providers
- Data entry for key elements of the contract, personal information and associated dates.
- Establish a positive rapport with clients and employees.
- Work with the internal team for product and service enhancements and project management of client onboarding.
Qualifications
- 2 years client / public interaction with problem solving.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to client information
- Excellent organizational skills
