Client Support Specialist

Main responsibility is the development and enhancement of the client relationships for product and consulting services including the onboarding, ongoing support, communication and satisfaction.

 Specific Duties include:

  • Develop rapport with clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries with resolution within 24 hours.
  • Participate in the education and training of the clients for products and services
  • Working with clients to gather necessary data for onboarding of providers
  • Data entry for key elements of the contract, personal information and associated dates.
  • Establish a positive rapport with clients and employees.
  • Work with the internal team for product and service enhancements and project management of client onboarding.

 Qualifications

  • 2 years client / public interaction with problem solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regards to client information
  • Excellent organizational skills
