This position is client facing; working with new clients to obtain contracts and information required to onboard them into The Dynafios APP.
Duties: (Proficiency: Project Management, Professional Communication, Attention to Detail)
- Lead the implementation process including facilitating meetings with senior executives and project managers.
- Reviewing the provider contracts to obtain the necessary information required for the onboard including duties, FMV rate, minimum and maximum hours, etc.
- Manage multiple hospital implementations as a project manager.
- Perform quality assurance audits on the accuracy of the information entered.
- Communicate with clients to obtain client satisfaction and product development ideas.
Qualifications:
- Healthcare contract management
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Creative problem solver
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining a commitment to deadlines.
- High levels of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Detailed planning, time management and organizational skills are required.
