Kelly Witter, MSN, Senior Consultant brings over 25 years of healthcare experience with 20 years in senior leadership positions. Kelly demonstrated success in standardizing operations, evaluating compensation, onboarding new providers, and building a team of physicians that led the physician network through a formal physician leadership council. Kelly is known as a subject matter expert in oncology, palliative care, hospice, women health, pediatrics, hospital medicine, and provider networks. She is also a faculty University teaching in the nursing and health science programs.
With nearly two decades in healthcare, Cassy has a wide range of experience including critical care, emergency care, surgical care, cardiovascular care, leadership, and quality.
Cassy received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and her Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Health Informatics from Grand Canyon University.
Drew Smith serves as the Client Success Manager at Dynafios, a respected healthcare advisory and physician compensation company. With a background in business development and account management in the software and commodities industries, Drew acts as the key support figure for our clients, ensuring they successfully reach their goals and targets.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Marketing from Seattle Pacific University.
Chris brings 8 years of big tech experience to Dynafios in the form of process improvement, cloud architecture, and SDLC to Dynafios.
Previously, Chris worked on the Mobile Order and Pay application for Starbucks Coffee Company, bringing feature enhancements that solved problems for store employees. When Chris isn’t supporting Dynafios and it’s clients, you may find him chasing trout in central Washington!
Christine is responsible for implementation success, has legal expertise in contracts and fair market value. She previously worked at the Cleveland Clinic and Sisters of Charity Health System in Ohio. She graduated from Cazenovia College, – Associates Degree in Arts, Cuyahoga Community College – Associates Degree in Science and is based out of Lakewood, Ohio.
