Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisville and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Missouri. His deep expertise and forward-thinking leadership have established him as a trusted authority in transforming healthcare performance and operational excellence.

Tina Brinton is the Chief Operating Officer at Dynafios, where she has decades of distinguished experience in the healthcare industry. A dynamic and results-driven leader, Tina is instrumental in driving operational improvements, fostering high-performance teams, and ensuring the consistent delivery of impactful outcomes across the organization.

A registered nurse by training, Tina earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Missouri Western State University. Recognized as a respected thought leader and strategic operator, she is widely known throughout the healthcare sector for her ability to translate vision into execution and elevate organizational performance at every level.

Christine Killeen plays a key role in driving product success at Dynafios, bringing a unique blend of legal expertise and operational insight to her work. Prior to joining Dynafios, Christine held pivotal roles at renowned institutions including the Cleveland Clinic and the Sisters of Charity Health System in Ohio, where she contributed to legal and operational initiatives that supported clinical and organizational excellence.

Christine holds an Associate of Arts from Cazenovia College and an Associate of Science from Cuyahoga Community College. She is regularly recognized for her precision, analytical rigor, and commitment to advancing healthcare innovation with integrity.

Tim is a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with deep expertise in CRM development, marketing automation, and Agile project management. With a proven track record of streamlining processes and accelerating business growth, he excels at implementing scalable automation strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sustained revenue.

Tim’s success is built on his ability to cultivate long-term, trust-based client relationships that consistently deliver measurable value. Bryan is a relationship-driven client experience leader who excels at building trust, simplifying complexity, and guiding partners toward clear, confident solutions. Drawing on a background in strategic account support, multi-stakeholder coordination, and process optimization, he is known for strengthening long-term customer engagement and delivering clear outcomes in fast-evolving environments. In life outside the office, Bryan is a passionate gardener, outdoors lover, and longtime improvisation coach who enjoys creating spaces where people can grow, play, and connect. He balances his community-centered creativity with an adventurous family life, spending his time cultivating both his garden beds and the relationships that matter most.

Kelly Witter has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including two decades in senior leadership roles. Renowned for her strategic vision and operational acumen, Kelly has successfully led initiatives to standardize clinical operations, evaluate provider compensation models, streamline onboarding processes, and build high-performing physician teams. In past roles, her leadership was instrumental in establishing a formal Physician Leadership Council, advancing organizational alignment and physician engagement across networks.

Recognized as a subject matter expert in oncology, palliative care, hospice, women’s health, pediatrics, hospital medicine, and provider network development, Kelly brings this expertise to engagements. In addition to her consulting work, she serves as a university faculty member, teaching nursing and health science programs and mentoring the next generation of healthcare professionals.

With deep experience in the healthcare industry, Cassy Couey brings a diverse clinical background spanning critical care, emergency medicine, surgical services, cardiovascular care, leadership, and quality improvement. Her ability to bridge frontline clinical expertise with strategic oversight makes her a vital force in driving healthcare program success.

Cassy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Health Informatics from Grand Canyon University. Her academic and professional journey reflects a strong commitment to leveraging technology and data to enhance patient outcomes, streamline operations, and support evidence-based decision-making.

Tamika is a seasoned customer service expert based in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. With a customer-focused mindset and strong technical skills, she plays a vital role in supporting internal stakeholders and resolving issues efficiently.

Tamika is known for her collaborative spirit, clear communication, and dedication to delivering exceptional support. Her peers praise her ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges with poise and professionalism. Prior to joining Dynafios, she worked at Nelnet.

Somer Parker brings a wealth of expertise in IT project and program management, with a strong focus on change management and process optimization. Brandy brings over 20 years of experience supporting healthcare leaders and organizations, including Sutter Health, Dignity Health, and Western Health Advantage. Her background in hospital operations, compliance, and contract oversight provides a strong understanding of the complexities health systems face today.

At Dynafios, Brandy supports Sales and Marketing initiatives, partnering with leadership to strengthen brand presence, drive pipeline growth, and deepen client engagement. She is known for her organization, proactive communication, and relationship-focused approach.

Outside of work, Brandy expresses her creativity through watercolor painting and cooking, and enjoys spending time with her dog, Daisy — embracing a balance of professional excellence and personal inspiration.
